The PT. Bintan Alumina Indonesia project is located in the Kawasan Industri Bintan, Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province, Indonesia, covering a total area of approximately 500 hectares. The project occupies the majority of this land to construct comprehensive facilities, including an alumina plant, power plant, port, reservoir, and red mud disposal site. The total investment for the entire project (Phase I and Phase II) is estimated to reach several billion US dollars, with the investment for Phase I alone exceeding $1 billion. It represents a modern alumina industrial complex with production capacity ranking among the largest in Southeast Asia. During the construction of the project, Great Wall Steel also served as an important material supplier.
